Missing CrossFit and getting fat

I’ve fallen off the fitness wagon. I’m missing CrossFit and getting fat. My daily routine has gone to pot after getting injured. I trapped a nerve in my back which resulted in a painful left arm that stopped me training for 2 months.

Take-away meals, nights at the pub and chocolate bars have become the norm and I cant seem to get back in to my fitness routine.

What can I do to stop missing CrossFit and getting fat?

To put this right I’m going to:

  • Drink more water
  • Refrain from trips to the pub
  • Get more sleep
  • Get to the gym tomorrow morning for a 5.30am session

Hopefully this will stop me turning back in to a fat bastard.
