I thought I was going to pull my hands from my wrists but I succeeded in setting a 115kg deadlift PB at CrossFit this morning. Now I know I’m no Eddie Hall but to be this represents and achievement as I’ve now managed to double my deadlift PB at CrossFit in less than a year.
A few weeks ago i looked forward to the weekly deadlift weightlifting workout at CrossFit. Despite a modest start I’d got in to a weekly rhythm of small increases to my personal best.
