This morning I did Split Jerk Weightlifting at CrossFit. This was more difficult than I expected.

3 Inch Worms
15 Walking Lunges
20 KB Snatch (alternating arms)
10 Curtsey Lunges (alternating legs)
I used a 16kg kettle bell and finished in a time of 12 minutes 52 seconds. Next time I’m going to try the RX and try to push the RX button for the first time.
